I normally use half butter and half shortening, but will purchase the butter flavored Crisco. I know Alton Brown of Good Eats had a program about the differences in cookie's texture when using different fats. I think the shortening produces a slightly fluffier cookie - if I remember correctly. Thanks. I will make these.
