Cath- I’ve been getting those bad habits as well mostly because I’m over committing myself and you just can’t do every thing!

Hi Dr Cason – Have a safe journey. Good for you on the home cooked meals. I was slipping into really bad habits, using a lot of ready made things and the home cooked stuff tastes a whole lot nicer. It’s much healthier too.

I change my header once a month because I have ADD like that.
I’m sure you’ll be glad to get home to the other kids. Too bad you have to go to work too and you can’t just veg out together.

Tiff- Spoke with the family today and the girls both wanted to talk with Jake. They kept exchanging I love yous! So cute!

Barbara- I did change the header. I plan on doing some flower headers here once a month or so. Still haven’t figured out how to really spice it up. So much still to learn!
