Finding Beauty in the Simple Things
Posted by Dr. Cason on Friday, September 12th, 2008
If there was one take away lesson from Bali I learned, it was to find beauty in the simple things.
We were seated at breakfast early one morning surrounded by fruit and sweetened rice. The smells and sounds were so new and overwhelming it all I could do just to sit there and take it all in.
Just when I was becoming a little acclimated and feeling normal, I looked up and saw these pretty little flowers suspended above us.
I couldn’t help but smile- and take a photo!

Isn’t it amazing how God’s beauty can be captured by others and shared with so many. If I never get to visit Bali, I will always feel I have been there through Sheila’s kindness of sharing her photography with us.
