I love ketupat, the rice cakes that you featured. Dipped in satay sauce topped with an abundance of nuts, they taste delicious! They are easily available from where I come from. We don’t do them at home but we usually eat them outside. I’m glad that you are enjoying your classes. Keep the pictures coming. I just love coming to your site for a visual feast!

Kristen- Yep they pour the uncooked rice into the little packets and then when they cook it, it puffs up and gets all cute and tight!
