Crazy Week

Well child. No problems and I go to listen and I can’t count her heart rate.
It was that fast.
EKG read it as 300.
300!
She’s just nervous her mom says.
No I’m nervous and you’re nervous but she is not nervous. (I think they thought I was crazy.)
I tried to convert her by holding her upside down. (Now I know they thought I was crazy)
911 and one ambulance later and then clinic was back to normal.
Every once in a while..it’s not all about ear infections and coughs.

I got to wield the otoscope in clinic this week, that was the extent of the excitement for me. LOL.
