Winter Days

Kids are still on holiday break – it’s business as usual at work though. One patient blurs into the next. It’s that ebb and flow though that makes me appreciate my time off. And that’s tomorrow.
Tomorrow, I shall think of the year to come.
What will your New Year look like?

Kylaon 30 Dec 2011 at 7:16 am 1I have no idea! I never put much stock into the whole big New Year change…years blur one into the next, too. But I do get some satisfaction from putting up a new calendar, ready and waiting to be filled.
Aunt Gailon 30 Dec 2011 at 2:30 pm 2The ebb and flow, one leading to the other. I feel like that when one quarter ends and new faces merge into the next quarter. I don’t know how you keep all of those patients straight! I can’t keep all of my students straight. And I, personally, take New Years seriously. I take stock of where I came from and where I am at present. I look to see where I want to be by the end of the next year. Sometimes, the goals I set come true…just like a fantasy.
