It’s been a good day.
Thank you for all the prayers and well wishes. He came through it swimmingly. I’m always impressed at the sweetness grown adults have for little children. I mean I know that I can be reduced to a crouched posture with a cooing lilting voice at the slightest provocation but everyone else? [...]

On this Thanksgiving day I give thanks for different cultures. When we change our paradigm, everything becomes clear.

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone.
And to my family and friends, hugs from Guam. If you close your eyes tight, you can feel our love.
We miss you all.

We can drown in the unknown. We can paralyze ourselves from the anticipation of what to do. But the simple fact is we don’t know. We can even begin to expect to understand why everything happens and then how to manipulate it.

It’s Noon.
Grocery shopping is done.
Kids are at school for another three hours.

Hawaii hotel shots. That was a while ago when I stole a few moments pre toddler awakening to grab some sleepy feet shots. Then we nearly drowned in the uncertainty.

A day off. She from school and me from work. It was busy and full of fun. Before moving to Guam I never had one on one time with the kids. Now it’s more routine and I’m thankful every time it happens.

I’m in a decluttering phase. It started when Hubby first left a couple of weeks ago and now he’s gone again for just another week - just in time to get some more stuff cleared out.
